I used my Very Healthy Spiral Slicer for the first time tonight and I LOVE it! I used it to make zucchini noodles. When you take it out of the box its ready to use, no putting it together or attaching parts. There is a cleaning brush that comes with it allowing for a safe and easy clean up. The slicer is dishwasher safe and comes with a small recipe book. I was amazed at how simple and easy this slicer is to use. Each end of the slicer has a different size blade so you can choose to have spaghetti size noodles or wider noodles. Its not hard at all to get the vegetable to cut, the blades are super sharp. There's a cap included to help push the vegetable on through so you don't cut your fingers. This has become one of my new favorite kitchen tools!
